Which players were selected for the pundit's EPL Team of the Week?

Following each round of Premier League games this season, expert commentator Troy Deeney presents his team and manager of the Week.

Presented here are this week's choices. What's your opinion? Share your thoughts using the feedback section below.

Goalkeeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): The Hammers might have been six goals down at Bournemouth but for him. Crucial performance, delivered and displayed top ability. Some top goalkeeping to secure a 2-2 draw. A loss might have ruined their entire term.

Backline

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for top performer. Fans mention about Arsenal players. He's been the best performer by a country mile.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): It would take a crazy Forest fan to say 'Murillo will score and we defeat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You could have gotten huge prices on that. He performed brilliantly. He's becoming a force. He proves to be a tough opponent. Delighted to see him playing similar to before.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I watched him a few times the previous season in Italy for AC Milan and he struggled because he was making mistakes. However with the Magpies he's been a monster. He has shown really strong and imposing and seems polished. It appears he has discovered a perfect fit.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not naturally a defender, rather a modern type going forward. He's been a wonderful signing for Brighton. It's no shock at them discovering another star out of nowhere? It seemed when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan that was strange but the club is aware better than most.

Midfielders

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Similar players and they're in for the shared purpose. Their clubs triumphed, everyone will talk about the goalscorers, but absent these individuals the sides struggle. They are so good. They disrupt opposition, they support going forward.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The standout performer. Numerous supporters, such as family members, had doubts if he could be the man to get them over the top. Three strikes in the key match and now they want to erect a monument of him. Goals, composure, he dominated. The top performer on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Perhaps this represents thing that I agree with Thomas Tuchel on - he has reached a point now where it is extremely tough to leave him out. I felt his beginning was strong this campaign, I believe he was a little bit entitled and hoped he might join to Chelsea, and perhaps aimed for that, but he appears to have settled down. A brilliant brace in the Leeds match helped his club from a deficit. He made the impact.

Forwards

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I mentioned he doesn't look his typical form. He looked like his pace had gone. Yet amazing. Simply phenomenal. He shone. Brilliant in his play and through his scoring.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A particularly intriguing player. He performs strongly, typically sharper as a substitute, but with Gordon sidelined so he is required to feature. He squandered a huge chance against Manchester City at 0-0 with his most straightforward effort. But to have the psychological strength to enter into tough scenarios and net two was great.

Coach

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He arrives and surpasses Arne Slot. A superb tactical approach. It might have been several more for Forest and all would agree.
